As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include resident care and direction of nursing care during your shift;

staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice, in good standing.
• Minimum six months of clinical experience.
• Prior experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state).
