Allure is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Allure Float Pool. Positions are PRN, Full‑time, or Part‑time with up to 12‑hour shifts.

Salary: $37 per hour for LPN, $45 per hour for RN.

• Participate in direct patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders.
• Oversee the direction of Nursing Assistants to ensure the highest quality services are delivered in a resident‑centered environment.
• Assess residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans.
• Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, nurse practitioners, staff, and family members.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Communicate information to staff to provide a smooth shift transition.
• Document appropriately as required in PCC.

• Current and unrestricted Illinois LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
