Now Hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Full-Time & Part-Time Available. New Grads Welcome! Allure of Prophetstown, 310 Mosher Dr., Prophetstown, IL 61277. Shifts Available.
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides resident care and support with activities of daily living while ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of all residents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
- Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers
- Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations (including JCAHO when applicable)
- Participate in education and training opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient for written and verbal communication
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
