Journey Care Hospice in Chicago, IL is seeking a compassionate Hospice RN to join our team and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
You will assess physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families through the end-of-life process.
Schedule is Monday–Friday 4:30PM–12:30AM with every 4th weekend; we offer generous time off, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and employee referral programs.
