• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• 1-3 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with residents, families, and coworkers

Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $34.00 - $36.00 / hour
