Sunrise Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team in Virden, IL! We offer a competitive salary of $110,000–$140,000 annually, a $12,500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care
• Lead, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation
• Support staff training, quality improvement, and survey readiness
• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Nursing leadership experience preferred
• Skilled nursing (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
