Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse I to deliver direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion sites under supervision. You will ensure patient safety under a physician's plan of care, with emphasis on documenting care in real time and coordinating with the clinical team.
Requires active RN license, CPR certification, and 0–2 years infusion nursing experience. Willingness to travel 100% and operate in a home-health setting in Illinois (Davis).
