Job Qualifications Must possess a current, active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Previous nursing management or supervisory experience required.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Strong knowledge of IDPH, CMS, and long-term care regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage nursing staff and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with electronic medical records, preferably Point Click Care .Ability to work collaboratively with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
Must demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to providing excellent resident care.
