• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Document care accurately and maintain required clinical records.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
• Promote a safe, supportive environment and adhere to all clinical and safety standards.

• Current LPN licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication, and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach with excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to follow protocols, prioritize tasks, and respond to resident needs with professionalism.
