Operating Room Registered Nurse; Circulator

Provide safe, efficient perioperative care in a rural critical access hospital by coordinating patient flow through the OR process.

• Perform pre-op assessment and provide patient education.
• Support intraoperative care by monitoring patients and coordinating the OR environment.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure surgical safety standards.
• Assist and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures.
• Manage documentation and complete accurate post‑op handoff/transfer communication.
• Advocate for patient safety and uphold quality of perioperative care.

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and OR workflow.
