Current, active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to provide quality nursing care, administer medications, and monitor resident conditions.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound nursing decisions.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Must meet all required pre-employment screenings.
