Job Description:

• Coordinates care among all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient care needs with the healthcare team.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provides patient education and support.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Operates medical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
• Maintains accurate medical records.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Records and communicates patient conditions.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans.

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
• BSN or obtained within 3 years of hire date

• 1+ year in the nursing specialty in which you are applying [Required]

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS)[Required]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
