WHAT WILL YOU DO

Get hands-on experience working with state-of-the-art equipment and technology to help keep crops healthy by applying top-performing protection and fertilizer during and after the growing season. Our family-oriented team is looking for someone who wants to help growers succeed by:

• Learning to safely operate sprayers, floaters, single or tandem axle trucks, and other equipment to meet company and DOT standards.
• Learning how to properly apply crop production products to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates, procedures, and following all pesticide labels.
• Maintaining, repairing, rebuilding, and/or servicing location equipment, vehicles, and structures as needed at the location.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good customer service, problem-solving, and work ethic.
• Team-player eager to help other departments of the company.
• Willingness to get the job done during peak season by working extended hours as needed.
• Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and learn from company representatives to obtain a CDL and other applicable licenses for agriculture.
• Ability to work at varying heights and lift 51 - 70 lbs.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
