Employment Type: Full-time, temporary (Feb 10, 2026 - Nov 10, 2026)

The role involves a wide range of landscaping tasks including mowing, cutting, watering, edging lawns, raking, blowing leaves, digging holes for sprinklers or planting, pulling, chopping weeds, pruning, hauling topsoil and mulch. The worker assists with sprinkler installation and the installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. This position does not supervise others but may be asked to demonstrate tasks to fellow employees.

Daily duties include loading and unloading tools and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, working outdoors in all weather conditions, and performing extensive standing, sitting, walking, stooping, bending, and repetitive movements.

• Mow, cut, water, and edge lawns.
• Rake and blow leaves.
• Dig holes using hand tools (max depth/width 4 ft) for sprinklers/planting.
• Pull, chop weeds, prune, and haul topsoil and mulch.
• Assist with sprinkler installation.
• Assist with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
• Load and unload tools and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety and quality standards while working outdoors.

Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Post‑hire/background and drug testing will be conducted. On‑the‑job training will be provided. Opportunity for performance‑based raises, bonuses, and overtime.

Hourly wage: $19.80 to $21.80 (minimum 40 h/wk, Mon‑Fri, 6:30‑3:30 with potential Saturdays).

Overtime wage: $29.70 to $32.70.

Transportation will be provided from Caseyville, IL to multiple sites. Daily unpaid breaks: 60 minutes.

Optional housing assistance for non‑local workers with costs covered by employer.

Subsidized travel:
Daily subsistence reimbursement of $16.28‑$68.00 per 24‑hour period (receipt required).

Employer will cover all required deductions. The job guarantees at least three‑quarters of the workdays in each 12‑week period. Work week useful for wage calculation; pay bi‑weekly.

Experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, or related work is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and perform repetitive motions.
