Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Team Member

• Front-Line Employee – You will be the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care.
• You will perform landscape maintenance tasks with high quality and service standards, including other lawn care duties when appropriate.
• You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding work and lifting/carrying 35-80 pounds frequently.
• You will ensure everything is prepared and organized for the next day’s work.

How Success is Measured

• Attendance: Being present as required by your supervisor is critical to meeting customer service goals.
• Budget vs Actual Hours: Managing time effectively to keep jobs profitable.
• Return Rates: Maintaining quality to minimize rework.
• Customer Retention: Building strong relationships through exceptional service.
• Utilization of Software & Processes: Using tools effectively to support the above goals.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related industries preferred.
• If inexperienced, willingness to complete training within 6 months.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
