Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic is a thriving, small animal-exclusive practice in the heart of Midwest Illinois, and we’re growing! We’re excited to welcome a Full-Time Associate Veterinarianto our collaborative and compassionate team—especially as we prepare for an upcoming hospital expansionthat will further enhance our capabilities and patient care.

New grads will be enrolled in the NVA Mentorship Program, offering:
- One-on-one surgical and medical guidance from experiencedDVM leaders

Our well-equipped facility supports efficient, high-quality care and will soon be expanded to better serve our patients and team. Current features include:
- Fully equipped surgical suite with O2 generator
- 4 exam rooms
- In-house laboratory
- Digital radiology

- Pro Sal Compensation: with a starting base range of $110,000 - $130,000 eligibility-based plus production bonuses.
