Job Description:
The Senior Manager – Quality Control will be responsible for the overall quality of Belle Aire Creation products to ensure business objectives are met with regards to on time delivery of product while assuring compliance to industry standards. They will provide strategic leadership for Belle Aire Creations’ Quality Control team and work closely with Regulatory and Purchasing. The individual will conduct odor evaluations and oversee raw material and finished product testing, ensuring all meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections, including managing the vendor scorecard and supplier audit process.
- Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.
- Supervise and lead a team of quality control technicians, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct and oversee customer‑requested audits.
- Oversee testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with production team to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze test data and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results and non‑conformities.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality deviations.

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, engineering or related field. - Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Control.
- Odor Evaluation experience and training.
- On‑site presence required.
- Experience with audit readiness.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.
- Demonstrated technical writing skills.
- Proven cross‑functional leadership and project management experience.
- Strong leadership, people‑management, interpersonal and team‑building skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry (e.g., FDA, ISO, EPA).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Production skills:
Knowledge of Good manufacturing processes (GMP). - Ability to work well under pressure and deadline oriented.
- IT skills – proficiency in common PC applications.
- Excellent ability to work with others.
