We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) with a strong background in federal construction to join a respected and growing General Contractor. This role involves traveling to federal project sites across the United States and comes with an excellent travel package and full company support.

• Implement and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in compliance with federal contract documents and USACE/NAVFAC standards.
• Conduct and document three-phase inspections (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up) for all definable features of work.
• Review and approve submittals for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Maintain QC documentation including daily reports, testing logs, and deficiency tracking.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and QA personnel to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Partner with project management and field teams to uphold quality and schedule integrity.

• Minimum 5 years of QC experience on federal or military construction projects.
• Strong understanding of USACE/NAVFAC standards and the three-phase inspection process.
• Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification required.
• OSHA 30 optional.
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills.
