The Director – Quality Control will be responsible for the overall quality of Belle Aire Creation products to ensure business objectives are met with regards to on time delivery of product while assuring compliance to industry standards. The Director – Quality Control will provide strategic leadership for Belle Aire Creations’ Quality Control team and work closely with Regulatory and Purchasing.

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of products.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.
• Supervise and lead a team of quality control technicians, provide guidance, coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
• Oversee testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with production team to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze test data and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results and non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in quality control procedures.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality deviations.
• Develop, update and communicate health, safety and environmental policies.
• Lead safety orientation programs and promote safe work practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality Control.
• Odor evaluation experience and training.
• Onsite presence required.
• Experience with audit readiness and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, EPA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, people management, interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of Good manufacturing processes (GMP’s) and production skills.
• IT proficiency in common PC applications.
