The Quality Manager is responsible for overall compliance with AAE’s quality system, including tools, work instructions, and inspections and to release only quality products meeting customer specifications.

• ISO 9001 Compliance:
  Maintain ISO 9001 certification by ensuring QMS processes are implemented, monitored and improved; conduct internal audits and manage external audits.
• Quality Policy & Objectives:
  Establish and monitor quality objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and reporting performance to management. Develop, revise, and enforce quality policies, procedures, work instructions and control plans.
• Process Management:
  Define, document, and optimize processes to ensure product/service conformity; integrate quality into all business processes. Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements, extrusion standards, and profile tolerances.
• Supplier Quality:
  Evaluate and manage supplier quality performance; ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
• Customer Focus:
  Respond to customer complaints, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Continuous Improvement:
  Lead initiatives to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance quality systems.
• Team Leadership:
  Train and mentor QA/QC staff on quality standards, ISO requirements, and best practices.
• Data & Reporting:
  Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present findings to the management team for decision-making.

• Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with quality standards and tools.
• Ability to proficiently use and read measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to complete tasks on time as required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.

• Three to five years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment.
• Post-high school education is preferred.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
