Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors by weekly payment.
We are looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:
- Experience performing standard preservation duties/tasks including winterizations, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, initial services (including sales clean), boarding, preparing/putting property in convey condition, general/minor household repairs, etc.
- Ability to provide estimates for requested repair/replace items.
- Must have own transportation.
- Detail oriented reporting with photos, bids, etc.
- Meet client’s deadlines.
- Own equipment and inventory of necessary HUD locks, materials on a regular basis.
Pay is based on your bid and as per the allowable list (no discount).
