Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare the team during their shift. They may be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and supporting the assigned Departments to reach their goals.

You must be 18 years or older. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast‑paced environment are encouraged to apply.
