• 13 years of high‑volume restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
• Full‑service, upscale casual to fine dining kitchen management experience
• Seeking long‑term employment; managers typically stay over 5 years
• Ability to walk for long periods
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8–12 hour shift
• Availability to work holidays and weekends
• Comfortable working in a noisy, fast‑paced environment
• Will work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold temperatures
