Why Choose Medinah?

Since 1924, Medinah Country Club has built a rich history and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, that tradition continues through the people who bring the Medinah experience to life every day.

Working at Medinah isn't your typical kitchen job. Our culinary team supports multiple restaurants, seasonal dining, private events, banquets, and some of the Club's most exciting moments.

We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We believe great hospitality comes from talented people who enjoy what they do, support one another, and are excited to keep learning. If you're looking for a place to build your culinary skills and grow your career, Medinah may be the place for you.

Meet the Kitchens of Medinah

One of the best parts of joining Medinah's culinary team is the variety. Depending on business needs and your development, you may have opportunities to work within:

  • The Fireside:
Our year-round fine-dining restaurant, where precision, creativity, and elevated cuisine come together.
  • The Oasis:
Our year-round casual dining restaurant serving everything from breakfast during peak season to comfort classics and member favorites.
  • The Mecca:
Our lively seasonal restaurant featuring fresh, warm-weather menus.
  • Banquets & Catering: A high-volume operation supporting weddings, receptions, Club events, holiday celebrations, and everything from plated dinners to large-scale buffets.

Different kitchens. Different experiences. Plenty of opportunities to learn.
