Dietary Cook​/Aide

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Cook/Aide to join our team at a facility specializing in skilled nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and possess culinary skills to prepare nutritious meals for residents. As a Dietary Cook/Aide with La Bella, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to excellence in care and service.

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes
• Ensure meals meet dietary restrictions and special dietary needs of residents
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with bussing tables and helping serve meals when necessary
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service to residents

• Previous experience working in a kitchen, preferably in an assisted living or nursing home setting
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and staff
• Culinary training or certification is a plus
