Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International. Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow Sales Representative negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, meeting defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail and grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location:
  Decatur, IL; secondary locations:
  Mt. Zion, IL;
  Taylorville, IL;
  Shelbyville, IL;
  Pana, IL.
• Schedule availability:
  Monday-Friday | Start time: 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.
