Overview
Rolln Up is a Southern Illinois owned and operated, rapidly growing company offering an employee benefits package. This Sales Associate role focuses on customer service and cash handling in a retail environment.
Responsibilities- Customer service – Greet customers as they enter the location and assist them with locating products, answer questions, and resolve complaints as needed.
- Cash handling – Accept payments by cash, check, or credit/debit cards. Ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Process returns or exchanges according to store policy.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 or older
- Check IDs to ensure safe and legal sales of age-restricted products
- Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
- Necessary mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
- Knowledgeable about the company's products and customer-related policies
