Outside Sales Representative

Are you looking to be part of an expanding sales team? Signature Payments, a subsidiary of North American Bancard, is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and organized Outside Sales Representative focused on expanding revenue growth by bringing on new merchant processing business. These reps maintain professional contact with prospective customers and develop business through effective closing techniques. They are hunters responsible for making connections with merchants in their local geography and turning those connections into sales.

The ideal candidate has some merchant account sales experience, is self‑directed and self‑motivated with a strong understanding of closing techniques and the sales process.

• Schedule and conduct face‑to‑face meetings with business owners and decision makers
• Take inbound and make outbound calls, follow up on emails, and conduct warm and cold calls
• Use effective sales closing techniques
• Maintain integrity of the company through full disclosure of merchant agreement rates, fees, and terms
• Meet and exceed sales quotas

• 1+ year sales experience
• Experience selling payment processing preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be local and able to work in our Westlake Village, CA office

$70,304 Base + Uncapped Commission. Pay within this range varies by work location and on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
