Salary: $19-$26.50/hour
Responsibilities:- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in agriculture, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to generate sales in an assigned territory.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to travel daily within the trade area, with occasional overnight stays.
- Willingness to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
- Willing to obtain a CDL license within the first year of employment.
- Ability to obtain the Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) and Commercial Applicator certifications.
- Occasionally work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)

Actual compensation is based on experience, location, and other factors. Some roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
