They also support their local communities through the TCC Gives program, which includes 16 paid volunteer hours/year, grant opportunities up to $10,000/quarter, and quarterly community initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). • Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year (Competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses and profit sharing)

• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value to all customers.
• Conduct product and service calls to customers seeking more information.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience with performance and sales milestone goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, engage with energy, and contribute equally to the team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to work in multiple locations.
• Frequent standing, sitting, walking, and bending for extended periods; can lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% as required by the business.
