The Feed Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting new petfood and bakery sales relationships and building strong relationships with existing customers. The role serves as Zutat’s face to our farm and feed mill customers and is critical for maintaining and strategically expanding the flow of our ingredients into new markets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Become familiar with animal nutrition and the value of our High‑Energy bakery from a nutritional standpoint
• Build Zutat’s brand by creating new sales relationships
• Research competitive freight options and expand the High‑Energy bakery market within a 250‑mile radius of Zutat
• Move potential customers through the sales process
• Draft bids and contracts as needed
• Manage the onboarding process for new accounts
• Work closely with marketing to develop basic strategy and content (flyers, brochures, Power Points, etc.)

Base wage – $25–30 per hour;
Overtime at 1.5× base pay.
Annual bonus based on company performance, commitment to values, growth, and target achievement.
