The Role

Key Responsibilities- Manage enquiries from initial lead to project award.
- Deal with customer queries in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals.
- Carry out site meetings when required.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive revenue and help achieve sales targets.
- Assist marketing with lead generation campaigns.
- Experience working in the modular construction industry.
- Experience developing relationships with clients by phone and in person.
- Dedication to customer experience.
- Self‑motivated with a relentless drive to succeed.
- Open to change and implementing process improvements.
