Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Territory includes all of California and Nevada
Annual Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
Total Earning Potential: $115,000–$130,000+ including commissions and bonuses

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll grow and support a portfolio of retail partners within your territory by driving sales, building relationships, and helping stores succeed.
- Develop Business:
Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand our network - Strengthen Relationships:
Support existing dealers and help them grow their sales - Promote JFW Programs:
Educate retailers on our marketing, sales, and service offerings - Stay Connected:
Communicate via in‑person visits, Zoom meetings, and regular follow‑ups - Leverage Tools:
Manage CRM data and meet contact and sales goals - Travel:
Overnight travel required approximately 50% of the time
- Experience: 3–5 years of outside sales or territory management experience
- Proven Success:
Track record of growing accounts and achieving measurable results - Skills: CRM proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools
- Attributes:
Self‑motivated, ethical, organized, and goal‑oriented - Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
