Experienced Flex Officer

Experienced Flex Officer – Full Time – Morris, IL

Base pay: $18.00/hr

Morris, IL

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Standard computer/technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas pre-employment screening (drug screen and background check).

• Must be available any day, any shift and will be stationed at various site locations.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in event of accidents, emergencies, or investigations.
• Set up barriers/signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
