Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time

Compensation: $19.25 – $21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable Security Officers to support operations at a client site in Naperville, IL. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while leveraging technology as part of daily security operations.

Schedule & Coverage

• Monday through Friday
• Operating hours: 4am-12am
• Two (2) officers required during all operating hours
• Shifts available:
  • 4am-12pm
  • 12pm-6pm
  • 6pm-12am

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Illinois PERC Card
• Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Advanced computer and technology skills are required, including the ability to confidently use multiple software platforms and digital systems as part of daily security operations
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service

Preferred Experience

• Prior security or protective services experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Concierge, front-desk, administrative, or e-commerce experience is a plus
