• Lead and participate in the installation of various hardscape features, including paver patios, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens
• Perform and enforce high standards of quality control across all job sites
• Manage daily project operations, including labor allocation, equipment use, and material deliveries
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and industry best practices
• Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and layout designs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times
• Report progress, issues, and material needs to the project manager or company leadership
• Represent the company with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Motivate and mentor crew members while maintaining a productive work environment

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardscape installation and site supervision
• Deep knowledge of installing pavers, segmental retaining walls, natural stone, drainage solutions, and other hardscape elements
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-tier workmanship
• Ability to read and execute construction plans and layouts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Clean, professional appearance with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• No formal education required; practical experience and leadership are key
• Valid driver's license preferred
