Designer Landscapes Enterprises LLC is looking to hire experienced and reliable Asphalt Paver Operators to join our Field Operations team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for operating asphalt paving equipment and performing grading and lute work with precision and efficiency. Operate asphalt paving machinery safely and efficiently

Perform grading and lute work with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain consistent quality control throughout all paving operations

Monitor asphalt distribution, ensuring smooth application and finish

Conduct daily inspections of equipment and ensure proper maintenance

Work collaboratively with the paving crew to meet project timelines and standards

Uphold jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times

Report issues, material needs, and progress to supervisors

Represent the company with a clean appearance and professional attitude

Minimum 5 years of experience operating paving equipment, including lutes and pavers

Proven ability to perform grading, raking, and finishing with precision

Strong understanding of paving best practices, techniques, and safety standards

Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right

Clean, neat appearance with good hygiene and a high standard of personal integrity

No formal education required; practical experience is essential

Valid driver’s license preferred

$80,000+ annual pay (base + commission)
