Residential Electrician – Precision Today
Precision Today is looking for Electricians to join our growing team.
Compensation: $50k–$150k base pay plus performance incentives. Actual earnings depend on meeting performance standards, with top performers earning $150k+.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose residential electrical problems accurately and efficiently.
- Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately.
- Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects.
- Document work completed with before and after photos.
- Demonstrate safe working practices and methods.
- Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and inventory current.
- Complete a thorough evaluation of the entire system along with a summary upon completion.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Deliver a 5‑star service experience to our clients and community.
- Two (2) years of Residential Electrical Service experience.
- Exceptional technician: intuitive, hardworking, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our customer service system, can keep a truck well organized, and owns a "what’s next?" attitude.
- Possess the necessary tools, knowledge, and drive to exceed industry standards.
- Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat and winter cold.
- Pass the federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver’s license are all a must (please do not apply if any of these are issues; we check to protect!).
