House Doctors of Naperville is seeking dependable, skilled, and customer-focused independent handymen to join our team as 1099 subcontractors. We provide a steady pipeline of residential and small‑commercial jobs — you bring the tools, craftsmanship, and professionalism to get them done. Ideal candidates can work independently, perform their own on‑site estimates, and represent the brand with pride.

• Perform a wide variety of repair and maintenance projects, including:
  • Drywall repair, patching, and painting
  • Trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry
  • Fixture installations (lighting, ceiling fans, faucets, etc.)
  • Deck and fence repairs, power washing, and seasonal upkeep
  • Light plumbing and electrical (where permitted)
• Assess projects and prepare on‑site estimates — verbal or written — based on scope and materials.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff about timelines, materials, and expectations.
• Maintain clean work areas and professional appearance.
• Submit invoices weekly for completed jobs as an independent contractor.

• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor

• Own tools, reliable vehicle, and smartphone.

• Willing to pass a background check and provide references.

• $35 – $50 per hour
