* Summary
* We’re hiring a skilled, customer-focused Service Plumber to join our growing team.
* This position offers a $10,000 signing bonus
* _(terms apply) _and is ideal for someone with solid plumbing experience who takes pride in solving problems and delivering top-notch service to homeowners and small businesses.
* Responsibilities
* * Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
* Replace or service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other fixtures
* Clear drains, locate and repair leaks, and resolve water pressure issues
* Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended solutions
* Use tablets and Service Titan software to document jobs and materials used
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services
* Requirements
* * Must be a licensed plumber
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
* Comfortable using tablets, software, and email
* Valid driver's license with a clean record
