What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain diesel engines, tractor trailers, industrial equipment, generators, pump engines, and related mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections that help customers avoid downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues using gauges, hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and sound technical judgment.
• Read blueprints, service manuals, and repair specifications to complete installations, overhauls, fabrication work, and general repair projects accurately.
• Work alongside certified technicians on routine maintenance and complicated major overhauls while maintaining high standards for quality control and personal protective equipment.

What You’ll Bring:

• You bring demonstrated experience as a diesel mechanic, diesel technician, heavy-duty mechanic, fleet mechanic, or equipment repair technician.
• You can confidently perform preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical issues involving diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• You understand how to safely use hand tools, gauges, shop equipment, and personal protective equipment in a fast-paced repair environment.
• You can read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and service information to deliver precise, dependable repairs.
• You take ownership of your work, communicate well with teammates, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and customer-ready quality.

Technical Skills That Will Help You Excel:

• Experience with machining, lathe operation, grinding, welding, fabricating, and CNC equipment is highly valued.
• Knowledge of commercial truck repair, trailer repair, generator service, HVAC systems, installation work, and quality control inspection is beneficial.
• A Commercial Driver’s License is a plus for candidates who may support equipment movement or field-related responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits:

Earn $25 to $35 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
