The role requires safety-first mindset and hands-on work with inverters, trackers, and medium-voltage equipment.
Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in solar or related trades, OSHA 10, QEW sign-off, and ability to read drawings. Travel ~20% and on-call availability are required.
