Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their technical ability, communicates well with customers, and is committed to providing high-quality service and solutions.

~ Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
Perform maintenance and system inspections
Provide customers with repair and replacement options when appropriate
Assist customers with selecting the right equipment when a new system is needed
Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call
Follow company procedures for service, installation, and customer communication
Work closely with the office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
~ Comfortable discussing equipment replacement when it is the appropriate solution
