Responsibilities Coax and Fiber installations

Provision and monitor Internet/IPTV/VOIP services

Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on site projects

Work with coax/fiber tools and equipment

Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers

Work with support to resolve customer issues

Experience/Skills/Requirements Entry Level High school diploma/GED required

Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime

Valid driver’s license; good driving record

Knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices

Willing to work in varying heights, close spaces, and weather conditions

Preferred Skills Knowledge/experience on processes leading up to actual installation process to turn up customers media services.basic understanding of IT concepts and fundamentals/experience preferred

Knowledge/experience with installation equipment

Knowledge/experience with drop plow and/or trencher broadband technician: 1 year (Preferred) voice, data, coax: 1 year (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 75 pounds independently on an occasional basis.

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Work with heavier materials and equipment with assistance from another employee or mechanical lifting equipment when required.

Push, pull, move, and position cable, conduit, tools, equipment, and materials.

Stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 8–10 hours during a workday.

Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work in awkward positions.

Enter and exit trucks and equipment, and work around utility structures.

Work with hands and arms above shoulder level for extended periods.

Use hand tools and power tools requiring repetitive gripping, grasping, and manual dexterity.

Walk over uneven, muddy, rocky, or rough terrain.

Schedule Full-time position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities

Shifts range from Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $23 - $25 per hour
