Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking an Entry Level Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS) and Specialized Family Support Program (SFSP) Case Manager in Yorkville, IL. This full-time role supports families and youth with case coordination and documentation across SASS, SFSP and FSP programs.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with two evenings; some weekends/holidays may be required.
