Salary: $150,000 – $185,000 per year.

• Build and maintain scalable Ruby on Rails applications.
• Develop and integrate new features with modern front‑end technologies, especially React.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality software.
• Work on performance optimization, debugging, and maintenance of existing codebase.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.
• Engage in pair programming and mentorship of junior engineers.

• Proven Ruby on Rails background and experience building production‑grade applications.
• Strong experience with React, React.js, or React
  
  JS.
• Multiple years of professional experience as a full‑stack engineer.
• Willingness to complete a Ruby exercise and a React exercise during the initial hiring process.
• Current residency in AZ, CO, IL, MD, TX, VA, DC, CA, FL, MA, MN, NY, OR, WA, or WI.
