SQL, Kafka, Docker/K8s, and cloud fundamentals. - Write simple services, fix bugs, follow design guidance, and write unit tests.
- Own microservices, improve code quality, understand cloud deployment, and handle integrations.
- Make architectural decisions, build high‑scale services, tune performance, and define coding standards.
- Lead enterprise architecture, platform modernization, coach teams, and drive the engineering roadmap.
- B.E/B.Tech degree.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience.
