5+ years Project Management experience

Overview of Responsibilities

Guide the software engineering team through the full lifecycle of development projects. Ensure effective management, deployment, and communication, while coordinating with non-software projects and interacting with leaders across the company.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple software development projects.
  • Experience working in a MSP environment or similar client facing experience.
  • Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Click Up.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background or coding experience.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead software project management from inception to post-launch support.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and manage client expectations.
  • Optimize engineer utilization and forecast resource needs.
  • Track project budgets and support business development.
  • Standardize processes and enforce quality standards.
