Software Developer (TRDM - Scott AFB) with Security Clearance

Segue Technologies seeks a mid‑level Software Developer to join our team as part of a project providing Data Management and Web Development support for a customer at Scott AFB in O’Fallon, IL. This is a full‑time position that will be performed both on‑site and remotely.

• Develop web pages and web services applying agile methodologies, including development, testing, and deployment.
• Tune hardware, software, and interfaces with outside systems.
• Analyze problems and information to be processed.
• Define problems and develop system requirements and program specifications.
• Provide functional data support for the operational community.
• Ensure design and development aligns with standards.
• Troubleshoot and correct production issues.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the development process to design a scalable analytics infrastructure and data transformation/aggregation processes.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software development/programming experience.
• 2+ years of rapid/agile web development and support using Java, Eclipse IDE, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Junit.
• Experience with Fortify static code analysis and DISA STIG compliance procedures.
• Experience working with Object‑Oriented Design.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
