The Spin Instructor responsibilities include creating and demonstrating a range of cycle workouts, providing instructions on correct techniques and use of the cycling equipment, and promoting health and fitness.

Ultimately, the role of a spin instructor is to ensure a safe and effective workout routine for all fitness levels while creating a fun and motivating environment.

• Plan and lead engaging and challenging spin classes for a diverse range of fitness levels.
• Monitor and correct participants’ form to prevent injuries.
• Provide motivational support and guidance to participants throughout the session.
• Ensure all fitness equipment is maintained and functioning correctly.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with class participants.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in spin fitness.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to during sessions.

• Must hold a current fitness certification such as Spinning, AFAA, ACE, or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a spin instructor or relevant role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology and kinesiology.
• Ability to demonstrate correct form, technique, and modifications.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
• CPR/AED certification is preferred.
• Holds current CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain certification.
